Hunter Island Press held a Monoprint workshop with Deborah Wace on Saturday 10th May 2025. There were 8 participants with varying degrees of printmaking experience but all keen to learn. Deb showed samples of her prints using local botanicals and mark making. Through the day she demonstrated three different mono print techniques, which participants then explored themselves. There was enthusiastic and collaborative energy in the room with both presses being put to full use. At the end of the day, Deb facilitated a review of the beautiful prints discussing the highlights, finer technique details and creative feedback. A very enjoyable day.
