HIP members are invited to spend an afternoon at James Austin’s Cottage in Austins Ferry, drawing, painting, scratching or cutting ‘plein air’.
The cottage is the oldest of its type in Australia and I am sure you will enjoy drawing the cottage, the surroundings and/or the interior of the cottage.
Some materials (paper, coloured pencils) will be provided but please also bring your own materials, paper/sketch book and easel if required. There are some chairs but a BYO chair would be great too.
There will be water/tea/coffee/chocolate and biscuits provided.
For those interested, we will select two works produced on the day to have made into cards for sale at the cottage.
2pm – 5pm at James Austin’s Cottage,
Austins Ferry Road, Austins Ferry
