In 2017 some HIP artists visited Spring Bay Mill in Triabunna. The former wood chip mill is under development and HIP was able to visit the site in its raw state. It was a fantastic opportunity to gather information and to respond to this significant place where a 300 year old tree could be reduced to a pile of wood chips in just six seconds!
There will be a meeting of all participating artists at the Studio on 2nd JUNE at 11 am and an opportunity to share ideas and show any work as it develops. ‘Show and Tell’ is a chance to catch up, discuss potential exhibition venues for the work in progress and clarify the final work.
